The phone interview focused on intelligence test, questions are similar to those you can find online with keyword "interview Qs for trader". Even though the interviewer didn't tell me I suppose there was a time limitation for the process and your performance is measured by how many questions you can answer. Unfortunately you cannot ask for skip any question.
