Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online through the company's website. Received an email for scheduling a phone interview after a few days. Interviewed with a trader (may be trading assistant) on Saturday afternoon. The interview was about nothing but brain teasers and mental math questions. Lasted about 15 - 20 minutes.
