Interview Questions
Typical behavioral questions asked: Walk me through a difficult time you had at work, strengths/weaknesses, projects going on beyond academics, etc. The first round was with an HR person ... so expect typical HR interviews. My second round was with their senior analyst on the acquisitions and development department where he was the only one talking but I could hear from the background someone else was listening (probably the CEO). He asked me about my experience in CRE (I had none), and why I picked my major. Final round was with HR but was very laid back. I assumed it was to just wrap things up.
