Interview
I was initially informed about HBR Consulting through a friend of mine who had received an offer from HBR, but had to decline. My interview process started with an initial phone screening in which I was primarily asked to walk through my resume along with a couple of fit questions. The next step was one on one in person interviews with three Directors (included Sr & MD). The questions were more specific with regards to excel capabilities and operating within a project team. After the one on one interview I was given an excel test, background check, and drug test.
