Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online via LinkedIn. Got an email to schedule first round of interviews with two analysts a week after submitting resume. Second round of interviews took place two weeks later, in which I was interviewed by a VP. Following week third round of interviews took place with a MD / Partner. Due to Covid, everything was conducted over zoom of course. Interviews were mostly questions on personality, healthcare sector (particularly biotech), equity capital markets landscape, and resume related.
