Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was introduced to a current 2nd year analyst there through a friend, and had maintained contact with him over the past year and a half. Leading up to my graduation in 1/2021, he pushed my resume through for an immediate opening they had been trying to fill for months. Received an email from another analyst early 12/2020 to interview the following week. The opening was strictly ECM, but could've landed in Healthcare or Tech+Mining depending on fit. Interview was held over Zoom. Questions were very straightforward. Walk me through your resume, why banking, why ECM, why healthcare, why HCW, why do healthcare companies issue equity, and one brainteaser. Interview was early 12/2020 and I have not heard back.
