Phone screen with HR which consisted of fit and behavioral questions then a one on one interview with hiring manager and one on ones with other members of the team. This was for a financial planning and analysis role. The offer came a couple days following the final interview. Also, a case study was performed concurrently with the late stage interviews

It was not a technical interview, just a normal interview with HR - probably because I was recommended for the role. Planning the interview was straightforward, it was done via email. Online assessment was also sent via email - it was the predictive index behavioural assessment - JobTestPrep did a good job in simulating the real assessment. HR and the recruiter were responsive at the start but then went ghost after a month - had to chase them for feedback/decision.
