Interview
In person interview with people in the team. Was asked to go over resume and asked a lot of behavioral/ situation based questions to gauge interest. It seemed like they really wanted someone who would stick around with a marketing role for a while and I probably gave the impression i was looking for a more finance oriented opportunity. Was told I was too analytical for the role afterwards.
