I attended the early immersion event in June, met with recruiters in 3 departments (Finance, ERM, HIMCO). I heard back end of August that ERM and Himco wanted to interview me. I had a first round with each group, advanced to final round (2nd round in my case because I went to early immersion), Lots of behavioral questions and minimal technicals.
