What was a time you worked in a group? It was almost like I had to answer it in a non specific way but still good enough. I had to be fake and friendly and bubbly. That is how everyone at the place is like. They only want to hire good looking people who are friendly and can be able to socialize well with others without being too much of a hassle. It is hard to maintain communication without being friendly enough in the group. You must work well in groups because the job requires you to be able to.
