Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Interview
Fairly straightforward, initial screening call with a recruiter then a 1 on 1 with a Finance manager. The process is different than in previous years as we're dealing with Covid. They said that normally we would be brought into the office and interview with 2 or 3 managers that believe you would be a good fit for (the managers pick who they interview). Then offer or rejection.
Interview Questions
There were no difficult questions asked. They're looking for candidates that will gel well with the office. The interviews were fairly conversational and were more of an opportunity to ask questions about the role and the company.
