The process consisted of two phone interviews. The first interview involved a lot of basic technicals and behaviorals; the second was entirely behaviorals. Received an offer within about a month.
Interview Questions
The interview questions were pretty much those you would expect in any general investment banking interview. You can probably find most of them in any IB interview prep guide. Basic behaviorals and technicals.

Technical: What is WACC and how do you calculate it? What is the Cost of Equity? What is Beta (unlevered/levered) and how do you calculate it? What are some deals our bank worked on recently? What do you know about our firm? Do you have any experience or interest in the industries we specialize in?
