Associate

I applied online through Huron Website and was contacted by HR in a day for the first round of interview. First round was a generic interview in understanding the fit for the job. I had two telephonic rounds with Managers at Huron. One consisted of entirely behavioral and other was purely technical. Interviews were very short and they lasted for 30 min each.

After 3 rounds, I flew to Chicago for the D- day. I had 4 interviews - Associate, 2 Managers and a Managing director. Interviews were a mix of behavioral, technical, case studies.

For Behavioral - I prepared stories before hand based on the questions posted on glassdoor. Huron was a very rigid interview practice. Most of the questions revolve around their core values. Prepare stories around their core values and you should be good. (Team work, communication, ethics, integrity, persistence etc)
