Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone screen which was mostly behavioral and very easy. Excel assessment which was also very easy, just a questionnaire and then a pivot table. The fit interview (phone call with a director) is a little tougher, but still all behavioral questions like "if you had a company what would your values be." The case interview was very interviewer led and felt very friendly. Finally you get into the office where you have an interview with a manager followed by a peer interview with another applicant in the room. It was a very enjoyable process, though long.
