Two rounds of interviews on campus (one interview on day one, one interview on day two)
Interviews consist of:
- Standard behavioral questions about past experiences
- Statements about industry interest in Higher Education and/or Research Administration
- Basic case interview
Overall, make sure to do your research on the practice rather than the company. Huron is very segmented into its industry verticals, so having a clear alignment with one of the verticals is important. If you have done your research into the actual work the practice does (based on LinkedIn, company reports, and the Huron website), you will do fine.
