The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview Questions
There were no unexpected questions in the interview process (both the phone screen and in-person). Being in my first year of college, my experience in finance was limited so questions were pretty much all behavioral and focused on my manual labor work experiences in HS, and the activities I was pursuing in my first semester and a half of college. The biggest questions were: Why finance? Why are you pursuing a finance job as an engineering major? What do you know about commercial banking and our bank specifically?
