What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was a phone interview. The HR called me 2 weeks after I submitted my resume via an employee referral and arranged a phone interview. The interview itself is very standard, all competency based.
Second round is assessment center. 2 tests, SHL and trading simulation, both are very easy. Followed by a group presentation on a sales pitch. Topic will be random. Just show that you can lead the group, you are the person to organize ideas with a focus on the pitch will be fine. The AC will end with a 1 to 1 interview with the HR.
Final Round is a 2 to 1 interview: HR and a broker. for this interview, you have to show that you can relate to them in the short 30mins interview. Basically out there to test if you can hold small talks and be a good broker.
