Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process began with a phone interview with several brain teasers and a few questions about the company (stock price, etc.). This was followed by an assessment center at HQ with a trading simulation, math test, and a presentation on why the company should acquire Company X. Final round was a panel interview with 8 members of management. Each part of the process had 1-2 months between it. The IDBs are going through a transition right now, and I would not recommend going this route.
