I sent in an online application at the end of November. Heard that I had an AC early February. There wasn't a phone interview for the Insight week. The AC consisted of a Bloomberg terminal style test, where a woman on screen read out regular updates and you had to use this to carry out calculations involving exchange rates. This was followed by a group exercise where we had to pitch a commodity to an investor (we were given gold). Finally there was an interview with two members of the company where they asked standard questions about the firm (why you want to work there, what part you are interested in etc) and then discussed your CV.
