Spring Week Analyst

I applied through their online application platform and I can say I was very pleased with it, since it didn't require to put a lot of information. Unlike the big banks where you have to respond to several questions, at ICAP I just uploaded my CV an CL. In less than a week after completing my online application, I received an email inviting me to a phone interview two days later. The phone interview lasted for 25 minutes in which I was asked mostly fit questions and not a single technical one, but they asked about my opinion about the markets and how it would affect ICAP.
