phone interview - routine check to see if you know the business, know exactly what you are applying for etc. more descriptive based with touches of technical questions (ie. libor)
AC - 4 segments
1. numerical test (standard shl types of test)
2. trading simulation (real-time updates of exchange rates and prices and you are required to calculate some sums within a certain time frame)
3. presentation (group presentation. basically a sales pitch on why an investor should purchase a said commodity)
4. 1 to 1 interview (similar to the phone interview, but in person. be consistent with what you talked about in the phone interview)
