Interview
Several rounds in superday format. There was a phone screen and coffee chat prior to the interviews. In the actual interview, they asked general fit questions, how you would value various software business models, what due diligence questions you would ask of a hypothetical question, and how you would interpret a CIM.
Interview Questions
Given a hypothetical company, what kinds of questions would you ask and how would you interpret the answers to those questions? They gave a brief overview of a company and left it very vague. It was up to the candidate to then fill the time with questions and observations that they thought would be germane to the investigation of the company's prospect of being a potential investment from the firm. The information provided was very minimal so interviewee had to really come up with questions on his or her own.
