The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Two rounds of interview, first on the phone and later at the office. The phone screening was pretty standard. The on-site interview was well-organized. I talked to a HR manager for 40 minutes, most of the question were standard behavioral. Second interview was with the senior manager in charge of the market research program. Her questions were focused on market research basics, very qualitative and not difficult. The culture of the company is very mature, little bit slow, low staff turnover, and heavy emphasis on work-life balance.
Interview Questions
Do you know about CRM? Do you have experience with CRM?
I told her about my experience at an asset management firm where I established a client database using Microsoft CRM.
She kept drilling down the details such as how large was the database, what kind of data were included there and how I did that etc.
How much do you know about BPO (business process outsourcing)?
BPO is closely related to the database she is in charge of. I basically talked about what BPO was, why there had been an increasing trend of BPO, and who were the major players as "the middle person" in the BPO value chain, (i.e. IDC's major competitors)
