General Interview Information
Interview Details
The process began with an initial screening interview with the HR representative. This round primarily focused on my background, work experience, and career aspirations. The HR interviewer asked about my previous roles, key skills, and why I was interested in the position. They also provided general information about the company, the team structure, and the expectations for the role. Additionally, they asked about my salary expectations and availability.
Second Round – Hiring Manager Interview:
After successfully passing the HR screening, I had a more technical and role-specific discussion with the hiring manager. This round was centered around my past projects and relevant experience as listed on my resume. The hiring manager asked detailed questions about my work, the methodologies I used, and how I approached problem-solving. We also discussed how my experience aligned with the team's current needs and future projects. This interview gave me a better understanding of the role’s day-to-day responsibilities and the team’s objectives.
Third Round – Onsite Interview & Team Meeting:
The final round was an onsite interview, where I had the opportunity to meet the entire team. This session involved multiple one-on-one and group discussions with various team members, including peers and senior colleagues. The conversations covered both technical and behavioral aspects, including how I would collaborate with the team, my approach to challenges, and my ability to adapt to the company’s workflow. It was also a chance for me to ask questions and get a sense of the team culture and work environment.
