The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Pretty straightforward process. Cold-emailed employee, set up a phone interview, and came in for a series of 3 1-on-1 interviews.
Interview Questions
The most unexpected question had to do with currency translation regarding two currencies - this was because I had something related to another currency jotted down on my resume though. Otherwise the questions were all as expected (walk through the 3 financial statements, walk through a DCF, what costs more: equity or debt, and a few others). I ended up ball-parking the currency translation question, and no one seemed to double check. It just reinforces the idea to always be able to back up everything on your resume.
