The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
The interview process was very relaxed; met with CEO and then met with VP and discussed potential projects I'd be working on & what I'm looking for in an internship.
Interview Questions
Asked my idea of a potential project that I wanted to work on - I hadn't prepared on this front, so definitely go in knowing your ambitions & ideas and how you can enhance the company given those ideas. Also asked where else I was applying, my personal timeline, expected pay, etc. Mostly behavioral but definitely be well prepared, study the company thoroughly, and try to prepare innovative ideas to potential problem areas the company may have or specific areas where you see room for growth. Not too much to stress about.
