Summer business analyst

I applied online by submitting my resume, cover letter and transcripts. A person from the company emailed me 2 weeks later, informing me that I'll have two date/time to choose from for my interview. The first name of the interviewer was also given.

I arrived at the North York office to meet with my interviewer, who was the only one I met. He told me that the interview is behavioral and will last about 45 minutes. He used a standard interview form (about 15 pages) and picked one or two questions from each section. All types of behavioral questions were asked, including situational-based, self-evalutions, etc. At the end, we had a long chat after I asked him three questions regarding his background and the future of the oil industry.

The office seems to be very efficient yet relaxed. I saw a man walk in with his active T-shirt with the company logo, indicating that they have employee sports leagues.
