First round on campus. Comprised two interviews, one with a senior consultant and one with an engagement manager; one fit one case. Ad-hoc case was interesting, definitely not anything I expected at a healthcare consulting company.

Second round at the offices. Comprised one case, one fit and one presentation case. Presentation case was definitely the toughest. They have you draw out slides and present them to a senior consultant who will quiz you on calculations/assumptions and so on.

Generally everyone I spoke too seemed extremely intelligent and friendly. Volunteered information about the company candidly. Company culture also looks great, mentorship model is one of the biggest draws.
