Interview
Applied online. Was reached out to via e-mail for phone screen. Second phone call was with the hiring manager. 1st round was 3 or 4 interviews consisting of 1 on 1s or 1 on 2s. There was a case study and the 2nd round was the same as the first.
Interview Questions
Mainly fit questions about motivating factors. Some technical questions. The most difficult or unexpected interview questions were mainly questions about future ambitions and plans. The case study was fairly difficult. Meeting with a lot of the team was unexpected. They really want to make sure you can work independently but also collaborate with your team. They are also very high on being mission oriented and working towards a greater cause, which is understandable for the line of work. All in all it was a pleasant experience.
