Interview
Was contacted through my university career center from ICM. They expressed interest in my resume thought I fit the profile and was offered an interview. The HR manager was quick and made the process very simple, they only interviewed on Tuesdays.

Upon arriving for the interview I discovered this was a group presentation. One of the financial professionals spoke about how good the company is, the great benefits, and unlimited growth potential. The office was outdated, the employees of the firm didn't seem to know much about finance and were trying to get people to sign on. They had trouble asking questions about the financial products offered and structure of the firm, instead they continued to praise the amazing growth potential they have.

After this presentation everyone broke out into 1 on 1 interviews. I had a very quick and simple 1 on 1 interview where they asked the most basic questions, this lasted less than 10 minutes. After this was over they said I got the job and offered me papers to sign.

They require fee's be paid up front and will reimburse after 6 months of working for them.

I asked that I have more time to think about this and that was it.
