Please describe the interview / hiring process.
In order to gain an interview, applicants must take a personality test to determine their "fit" relative to the specific group they plan to interview. If selected after the test, two rounds of interviews typically ensue. The first will be with the actual manager hiring. This will consist of a fit test and may require some basic math calculations. The second will be with the manager's boss and is used to determine whether someone receives an offer.
