Interview
1 round of 1-2 interview with 1 VP and 1 Asso. Commercial awareness was tested during the interview and why real estate specifically. They also asked some basic questions on difference between real estate and infrastructure as my past experience were mostly infrastructure. After that it was a 4 hour modelling test with assumptions in place. The key was to build out the right pro forma NOI and IRR in the end and create some macro slides about the RE market. Nothing too difficult but it was a bit time constrained. Final round with MD but failed the process.
