Disorganized. I got the superday because of a personal factor but once I got to the superday, found out they were accepting 1 out of 7 people. Waste of a trip and effort for such a low chance.
Interview Questions
First round was all behavioral with a random technical thrown in. Second round involved a case study and a behavioral portion with everyone on the team. The most unepexpected ones was asking if I would end up investing in this business or not and this was a business they had actually considered in real life. Some people were flat out awkward and there was an awkward group lunch where everyone got a box and you were basically judged on how well you fit in the group. Overall just a weird vibe throughout.
