I applied through email online, submitted a resume, followed up coming closer to recruitment season, and had a phone call with behaviorals and technicals.
Interview Questions
Was asked about accounting and valuation technicals including a multi-year accounting work-through problem, comparable companies and precedent comparable transactions, difference between equity value and enterprise value and details on them, and was asked to walk through a DCF.
Some behaviorals and were pretty straightforward, asking about your resume, experiences in internships, jobs, education, what interests you, etc.
You should be sure to know current events and what you read in the news.

Resume-specific questions. Know everything on your resume really well.
How do you look at industries/companies? From macro to micro level, what drives competition, what makes a company "good" in this space, etc.
Why investment banking vs. other finance-related career paths? Why InterOcean Advisors and what do you want to get out of this internship? Self-explanatory and wanted to learn more about banking with firsthand experience and was attracted to their meritocratic internship structure.
