1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone interview was fairly simple. Began with the typical "walk me through your resume" followed by questions regarding the specifics of some of my experiences. The MD then went into more detail about the position, and what the role consisted of. I was also assigned a project to complete: find 10 comps of a mid-market pharmaceutical company and get all the contact info for the CEO of the company. In person interview was a review of the material and my thought process followed by more "getting to know each other" questions.
