Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The initial interview process is a one-on-one interview with a Managing Director. The questions revolve around ones that pertain to personality and cultural fit criteria, to make sure that you're an outgoing candidate and not just a complete number cruncher.
This was followed by a phone interview with an additional Managing Director which involves you explaining why you want to be in the industry, as well as other personality questions. One of the Managing Directors was an alumni from my school so it was a natural connection.
My experience with the process was that the culture was busy, serious, but also knew how to enjoy the work that was involved with the company.
