Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process consisted on phone interview by current analysts, followed by phone interview by the MD, Justine Tobin. Communication was very poor. The analysts informed me that the MD would call me for the next interview. She didn't call at the appointed time and, after waiting a few minutes, when I called her I was immediately chastised and insulted by Mrs. Tobin despite lack of fault of my part. After a few cursory questions related to my resume, Mrs. Tobin quickly began criticizing my fraternity affiliation in college and blatantly insinuated that I must be racist and xenophobic because of it. Mrs. Tobin then went on a pitiful rant about how difficult it is to be a women in the business world and how sensitive she is to discrimination. The interview concluded not long after without any questions being asked about my knowledge, abilities, goals, etc. This was by far the most unprofessional and inappropriate interview I have ever had. Mrs. Tobin was ostensibly arrogant, rude, and vindictive.
