Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was referred by a client of CBIZ's so I was able to bypass the initial HR phone interview. My on-site interview was a group setting with the managers and MD. Standard group interview, walked them through my resume, some post-graduate experience and industry related work I did while in school. The group setting could be intimidating if one isn't comfortable addressing a group but I did not find difficulties with it.
