1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online through website. Conducted phone interview screen. Basic questions about resume, strengths ect. Then in person interview in St. Louis. Was asked a series of behavioral questions based on their core competencies listed on their website. Requested at the end of the interview to be in corporate strategy. Heard back about two weeks later with offer. Was given a week to respond. Could have pushed it back if I had wanted too. Overall an easy experience for an interview.
