3 phases:
1. CV and CL review.
2. Phone interview: Focused on competencies for 30 mins. Another 30 mins dedicated to a competitor analysis presentation (a disrupter of the hotels industry) I had been asked to put together 48hrs previously.
3. Interviews: 30 mins competency interview (very casual chat, went through my CV). 30 minutes case study (market sizing, with materials provided). 30 mins data analysis / Excel test (given a large dataset of revenue and capacity information for all geographies - had to come up with a hypothesis - e.g. sales of mid-cost accommodation will be rising in the emerging markets - and test it against the data by producing relevant graphs, then discussed findings and implications with the interviewer)
