Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round is a behavioral interview with HR. They also proctor a quick 10-minute mental math exam before the behavioral interview.
Second round is a proctored logic/IQ test. Pretty straightforward as well.
Then they bring you in for a superday - it's pretty short and relatively light compared to other firms. Starts with a quick 15-minute behavioral interview with HR and a 15-minute interview with a trader, both casual in nature. Then there's a case study (which is probably 80% of what you're evaluated on) on hedging and arbitrage. Finally, at the end of the day, there's a market making game where you play against the firm's traders and other interviewees. Overall, it's a chill process that lacks technical assessment.
