Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This is followed by a screening phone call from fellow analysts with some basic questions about resume. If you pass this phase, they direct you to the managing partner who then asks any other questions they feel appropriate. I received an offer two days after speaking with the MP.
