Investment Banking Summer Analyst

The process was very straightforward. There were 3 rounds total. The first round consists of two 1v1 skype interviews. The second round consists of two 1v1 in-person interviews. And the superday consists of three 2v1 in-person interviews at the Barclays HQ in NYC. They emphasize very little on technical and are more interested in getting to know you as a person. However, be sure to know everything on your resume. I thought the people were extremely nice and very easy to talk to. No one seemed aggressive in the interview room but were all quite friendly. The culture of the firm is fantastic. When interning, I felt like I always had people I could turn to for questions, and there were a lot of social and team building events. The office in HK is also very nice, and I got to work on some interesting projects during my summer. For future interviewers, I'd say know your resume really well and prepare more for fit questions.
