Interview Details

What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Skills Test
IQ / Intelligence Test
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First step was a phone interview, with standard questions ("tell me about yourself," "why do you want to be a trader?"). Second step was a mental math test, over webcam. 75 questions. First 30 were simple, second 30 were somewhat difficult, and the final 15 were very large calculations but multiple choice. Comparable to the math tests on tradertest.org. The third step - what I've just finished - was a more general IQ test with sequences, more math, verbal, and logic questions. It was more difficult than expected - I did not finish and am not sure that I'll be moving on. Overall, a good experience but disappointing if I do not move on.
