Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied via OCR and did a first round phone interview that lasted about 30 mins. It was with an alum and was pretty basic - just wanted to make sure I was interested in Sales and Trading and what I'd been up to in school. Pretty basic questions, nothing hard or unexpected.
Heard I was invited to a superday a few weeks later. It consisted of 3 one-on-one interviews with a couple directors and one MD. Didn't hear back until a week later when I was notified I didn't get the job.
