Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After sending my CV I was invited to do the IQ/personality tests. After that an HR interview followed, which consisted of regular hr questions (i.e. why trading, why company, why role). Then, another interview with a trader and an HR, a few brainteasers and probability/statistics questions, fairly easy. Final step consisted of case study and a discussion on that with traders. I would suggest preparing your mental math and try to be confident and fast with your answers.
