Standard Big4 interview process. Spoke to a Director first prior to the superday. The interview was mostly fit but they definitely wanted to know that I had a bit more business knowledge than the standard audit candidate. Also, there was a big focus on articulately speaking about complex experiences.

The superday was with two directors and the head partner. Questions were generally not technical and most interviewers were more than happy to converse about a topic not directly related to the role. 70% fit, 20% explaining what TS does, 10% technical.

Now that I have seen the other side of the process, I know that after you pass the relatively low bar of being qualified, they focus on whether candidates will accept the offer. In this case, clearly preferring a banking job or being too focus on finance can hurt you. Even on the valuation side.
