Interview
I applied in 2023 in São Paulo, Brazil, during the first semester of college.
First, they asked me to take tests, including a GMAT-style test and a personality test.
Then I had an interview with HR and a Senior Analyst. The questions ranged from “Tell me your story,” and “Why do you want to work here?” to more technical ones like “Describe the Income Statement” and “What would you evaluate to grant credit to a company?” Both were friendly and kind to me.
It was extremely easy, but I didn’t pass because, at the time, I didn’t have the necessary knowledge.
