Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Daylong interview Process. You meet with pretty much the whole desk, both salespeople and traders. They ask a ton of behavioral/fit questions, and often walk through your resume. As long as you have a basic understanding of the business and the current state of the market you should be fine.
