First applied online. After the online application I had a phone interview with a recruitment manager, after which I had to take two cognitive assessments. Then a skype interview and then group interviews.
Interview Questions
How would you value this company? Given company details and had to find a good multiple and explain why. The case study was in two parts. The first part of the case study showed historical financial data, the past three year end data was shown as well as the past two three-month ended quarterly data. The question asked how you would value the company given the past three-month ended data. The second case study showed a table of comparable companies and asked you to value you a private company to the table. It asked what multiple you would use to value the company and why.
